With school being online, I have been using messenger as my main medium of communication among the peers. The more I use it, the more I get annoyed at how poorly the app is made. When I have a few messages unread, it would make sense to guide me to the place where I left off when I open the chat.

However, I have to scroll ALL the way up to figure out where in the conversation I had left from, so it is especially difficult when I am in a group chat and missed more than a dozen messages. It is also impossible to find the date and the time of each messages, which makes it take an even more time and effort from my end to go through every message to get to where I left off.

It is not user-friendly, as the updates have been only adding stuff that no one would ever make use of while ignoring the basic necessities. I truly hope you guys make the important updates soon.
